We run one of these programs, so weigh that. The categories below are still real and checkable, and the honest advice for a large share of readers is that our category is not the right one for them.
The three things sold under one name
Category 1: engineering
Covers how the models work: LLMs, vector databases, retrieval, agent frameworks, memory, often some Python. The outcome is being able to build AI applications.
Right for you if you have a technical background and want to work as a developer, or you want to build a product rather than a service business. Wrong if you have no coding background and want client work, because you will spend months on material that does not make a business owner want to pay you.
Category 2: tools and productivity
Covers workflow tools such as n8n, Make and Zapier: connecting apps, automating repetitive tasks, adding AI steps. The outcome is being able to automate work.
Right if you want to make your own job or your own business run better, or you want a foundation before specialising. Wrong on its own if the goal is income, because these tools automate tasks rather than run a business, and businesses buy outcomes rather than automations. Excellent as a second skill.
Category 3: agency and client work
Covers a client-facing platform, usually GoHighLevel, plus a workflow tool, plus the business half: what to sell, who to, how to find them, what to charge. The outcome is a service business.
Right if you want to earn from clients and are willing to sell. Wrong if you want a job at a company, want to avoid client contact, or want to build a product.
Once you know the category, five things to check
- 01Is the platform or tooling included, or is it a recurring cost you carry on top of the fee? For agency programs this is the largest hidden cost.
- 02Are the classes live, and taught by the named instructor rather than an assistant?
- 03Does it teach how to get paid, or only how to build? For any course promising income, this is the deciding question.
- 04Does the instructor still do the work commercially, or only teach it?
- 05What continues after the program ends: support, community, updates as the tools change?
Things that sound like criteria and are not
- A certificate. No client will ask for it. It is worth something for a corporate job application and nothing for client work.
- Number of hours or modules. A 60-hour course can teach less than a 20-hour one. Ask what you build, not how long you sit.
- "Lifetime access" to recordings alone. Access to material you already own is not support.
- Student count. It is unverifiable, and it tells you nothing about whether those students earn anything.
- A claim to be number one or the best in Bangladesh. Every provider in this market claims it, including ones with no track record, which means it carries no signal at all.
The uncomfortable question about price
The cheapest option is free. There is enough on YouTube to learn any of these tools to a working standard, in Bangla, at no cost. Anyone selling you a course who pretends otherwise is not being straight.
What free content does not give you is sequencing, feedback when your build breaks in an unusual way, the business half, and other people doing the same thing at the same time. Those are real and they are what you are paying for. Whether they are worth the price is your call, and it depends heavily on whether you learn well alone.
So a fair test before paying anything: spend two weeks with free material. If you make steady progress alone and enjoy it, keep going and save your money. If you stall, or you finish videos without building anything, that is what a program fixes, and now you know what you are buying.
